1. Connect Your Store
If you have Shopify, WooCommerce, Yampi, or CartX store, it’s easy to integrate your shop with Wiio. Follow the steps on our Integrations page.

If you don’t have a store from these e-commerce platforms, don’t worry! Just click “Add Wiio Store.”

2. Sync Orders

Go to the Order section and sync the orders from your store. You only need to do it manually the first time. Then, your future shop orders will sync automatically.

If you don’t have a shop from our partners, just click “Upload Order.” Download the template and fill out the order details.

3. Ask for a Quote

After you sync your orders, click “Ask for a quote.” We will provide the quotation within 1-2 days.

4. Choose Logistics

Once you get a quotation, you can now choose your preferred shipping method. The total price (including the shipping costs) will show up afterward.

5. Recharge and Pay

To pay for your orders, you need to recharge your Wiio wallet. You can use PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, or Boleto Bancario. We’ll cover the transaction fees for topping up your wallet.

6. After-Sales Services

If you have any questions, contact us via our live message box. We have service managers waiting to answer your queries.
